The deadline to turn in economic injury applications is July 17, 2017. Everyone who has not submitted an SBA disaster loan application, and suffered some sort of damage, was encouraged to do so before the July 17, 2017 deadline. These loans are available to businesses, most private nonprofits, and homeowners and renters. The loan terms are up to 30 years and interest rates are from 4 percent for businesses, 2.625 percent for private nonprofits, and 1.563 percent for homeowners and renters. These loans are available to help residents in the disaster area to start to rebuild and resume their normal lives.
